The community clubhouse is under construction and set to open in 2024. Outdoor sports courts will house pickleball, bocce ball, and a mini putting green. An indoor and outdoor pool will be available for year-round swimming. Inside the clubhouse will feature rooms dedicated for arts and crafts, yoga and fitness, and a game room with cards tables and billiards. Private workstations are positioned throughout the clubhouse with a quiet library that boasts a grand collection of books. The clubhouse will host monthly community events for residents and their guests.
